This 80m2 new apartment Newly refurbished in lovely and stylish décor in a prime location(Mediterranean Street). Just in front of the Spectacular Historic Siege Bell and next to the Mediterranean Conference Centre. The apartment consists of 2 separate apartments on 2 levels. The first apartment ideal for 2adults is a studio with a well equipped mini kitchen, a large double bed Loft bed with wooden staircase, bathroom, a stylish couch, air-conditioned, Led 32" Tv with Free Wifi and Cable Tv included. The second apartment on level below ideal for 4adults is a larger apartment consisting of a large kitchen, living and dining space a sofabed , double bed and bathroom. It also has a lovely courtyard. Free wifi and cable Tv and 40inch LED. Both apartments have Airconditioning.
Centrally located close to all amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Just in front of apartment one can find cafes and restaurants. Also one can enjoy a nice swim right infront of apartment where one can find hidden swimming holes and St.Elmo Bay further away. Few metres away one can find the Lower Barakka Gardens where you can sit down and relax looking at the splendid panoramic view. Fresh Linen and Towels are provided. Beach towels are provided on request and at a small charge. A welcome pack is given complimentary to all our guests which include milk, tea, coffee ,water, bread and some snacks. Beach towels are provided at a charge. Nearest Bus Stop next to the Mediterranean Conference Centre. Free shuttle service is available that takes you to the bus terminus next to the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Valletta, and one of the advantages of staying here was the near proximity to the bus stop , the Grand Harbor and several restaurants. Our host was most helpful and generous. In just a short walk we were in the Upper Gardens with in credible views. I have already recommended these accommodations to other family members. Thank you!!

Loved our stay at St Paul’s Apartments in Merchant St Valletta. Perfect spot near shops, restaurants and the Lower Barrack Gardens Cafe just metres up the road was an afternoon staple for watching the sunset. Beach towels provided were welcome and Rachel (host) was helpful with our awkward Easy Jet arrival and departure times.

The building is in a very convenient position and both units (independent of each other) were very clean. It must be noted, though, that the larger unit is underground, and neither have access to natural light: all windows of both flats overlook an air well, where the engines of all air conditioners in the building are positioned. The lower flat smelled like mould on arrival, and only intensive use of the two dehumidifiers provided improved the situation (but they're so noisy that one can only switch them on when going out). Our request to be moved to a different accommodation was turned down. While I accept that every effort was made by the property to mitigate the humidity problem, it must be said that the photos do not reflect the real situation. Calling "Patio / Garden" the bottom of an air well is very misleading, and guests should be made aware that neither flat has access to sunlight.

Location Great but No Service

The communication with the property manager was horrible and they did not give us the full address of the property. We spent over 2 hours looking for the place. Tried to contact the property manager for help and she did not respond and when I tried to call the phone was off. We actually thought we were scammed. Finally got back to us a few days later just before we were leaving. I have never experienced anything like this. We are just lucky that we finally found the place. The place was in a great location and was clean, however, there was a slight smell and it was damp. All my clothes felt slightly wet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für unsere Ansprüche völlig in Ordnung. Positiv fand ich, dass die Vermieterin uns Adapter für die Steckdosen zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check-out waren wunderbar einfach.

A Great Place to Stay

Rachel was a lovely host. We had the lower level suite and the ground level loft and it was perfect. Everything was spotless and there was bottled water and breakfast food, coffee, and tea for us. The location was ideal and we love Vallettal

First of all, Rachel was the most responsive and helpful host. The apartment was recently renovated, clean and complete with amenities (mineral bottled water, coffee, cereal, wine, and towels). Also, the apartment is located within a few minutes walk to the National War Museum (Fort St Elmo), Lower Barrakka Gardens, Upper Barrakka Gardens, St. John's Co-Cathedral, Valletta City Gate, etc. Please feel free to contact me if you need any additional information. Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Konferenz und für uns war es ideal, wegen der Nähe zum MCC und Fort St. Elmo. Wenn man Valetta erkunden möchte, ist das der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Vermieterin und Verwaltung waren MEHR als freundlich. DANKE!

Accueil 5 étoiles pour appartement en sous-sol + studio complètement indépendant

L'accueil de Rachel était parfait, elle avait même garni le réfrigérateur ! Par contre il faut préciser que l'appartement principal est situé au sous-sol avec un accès sur un puits de lumière dans lequel sont installés les sorties des climatiseurs. Pratique pour sécher les serviettes mais ne comptez pas vous en servir pour respirer l'air marin. Le duplex est en fait composé de 2 appartements indépendants (tous les 2 donnent sur le même puits de lumière) : 1 studio avec lit 2 places en mezzanine + mini cuisine + douche-wc et un appartement avec grande pièce à vivre (avec convertible) avec cuisine ouverte + 1 grande alcôve avec un lit queen size et salle d'eau. Les 2 appartements pourraient être loués séparément. Si vous prévoyez de venir entre amis ou à plusieurs couples, c'est parfait mais à prendre en compte si vous êtes en famille avec des enfants jeunes.

The property is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located. The host; par excellente.

The apartment is very nice and very nicely appointed. The host, Rachel, is the consummate host. Coffee, milk, water and bread in the refrigerator; ready for morning. The location is just on the edge of Valletta, right by the sea. So it is very close to, yet slightly removed from, the bustle of the city. It would be hard to find a better location or host.
