'There was black mould in the bathroom in several rooms.'

'Bugs in the room, behind the bed was filthy, and the AC/Heater was broken and the cover fell off'

All night neighbors talking and smoking weed with the fumes bellowing into my room by the cracks in the door. Shower wall was repaired with plastic cover no shower curtain and lacking hot water.
