I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

'I had reserved 2 rooms at this inn, which turned out to be a very run-down motel that had several people living there permanently. The photos that I saw on the hotels.com website were fine. It had a rating of 8, with only one review. The reality of the two rooms we stayed in was nowhere near the photos. We had family staying with us from our of the country, and I was notified that we had rooms in such terrible condition. Our room had dirty floors, a broken lamp, burned-out lightbulbs, chairs...

'The property up front and on one side seamed to be kept up. On the back side if the property it was a dump. Trash pilled high by a outbuilding. Also, trash pilled up in the corners of the walkways. It looks as if the hotel has no trash service. The elevator smelled of dog pee. The room smelled of air freshener covering up marijuana smoke. The reviews are the same for almost a year or more now. Tried to talk with the staff but after waiting for almost a half hours no one came to the front desk. A...

'I’m sorry. Our experience was terrible with this property, I trust to book it because it’s Best western, it’s nothing like I saw in photos. We didn’t stay and I had to look for another place. Very disappointing.'
