'Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.'

'Alles ist da,In Haus hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und wenn dann haben wir nur Bescheid gegeben und es wurde geregelt. Mit sechs Personen super zu bewohnen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster in den Lichtschacht oberhalb des Essensbereichs. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäfte ist drei Blocks entfernt. Auf der Dachterrasse lassen sich nachts auch prima Sternschnuppen suchen. Immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Super Verkehrsanbindung nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 25 Minuten...

'Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. 'El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.'

'The property is in no way modern or flashy. It could do with an update so if this worries you, avoid. For us, the location was more important. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is only one indoor loo/ bathroom but the pool shower room is only a few steps outside. The pool was cold ...refreshing! 'Een mooie ruime woning met veel - complete - faciliteiten. Wat wij misten waren doorzichtige ramen (gekleurd, veiligheidsglas) waardoor je vanuit huis niet naar buiten kunt kijken. Bij winderig weer (want best hoog op de berg) is dat echt jammer! Een waterkoker zou een welkome aanvulling zijn. Twee moederpoezen met kittens op het terrein vond ik zelf erg leuk maar een van mijn reisgenoten minder.... De lieve hond aan de ketting bij ingang buurman is een Spaans gebruik wat mijn hart voor honden...
