'Great location near St. Jacobs market and main roads for easy access to other places. I would suggest, though, that the hotel do a guest rooms decor update, as the room colors, such as carpet, drapes, wallpaper, furniture all have that dingy, dated beige and 1980's brown look, which is not uplifting. Beds were a bit soft. TV only has limited channels. And bathroom sink, like most hotels is clogged with hair or whatever, and backs up with water when brushing teeth or washing up.'

'We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The staff welcomed us. Our room was on the 6th floor. Our room had a bad food sell, and the sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The walls were dirty. The wifi didn’t work in the 6th floor, which was an issue as I had a present to complete. I was able to work in the lobby - the wifi was fine there. 'Was nice that they changed up the breakfast both mornings. Confusing that there are two hotels linked together with one at the back of the property. The pool is a significant walk into the other hotel. seperate scan spots for each hotel to get into the pool was confusing.'

'Got into our room and the floor was obviously not swept. the bathroom had gunk on the faucet and when we went in to go to bed our bed had what looked to be pee stains in it. we called the front desk to let them know and all they did was change the one sheet. The TV in our room didnt work and the A/C was rattling all night. The staff was ok but i dont think i would stay here again.'

'We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room. Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. 'This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again'
