'Room had multiple issues and when we asked them to clean they did and left a spray bottle with cleaner in our bathroom.'

'The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was there for one night so didn’t need any kitchen items but it seemed well stocked. I spoke to staff a couple of times and person was very helpful. Restaurant in building was very good. Location is great…near restaurants, coffee shops & public transportation.'

'Great location near St. Jacobs market and main roads for easy access to other places. I would suggest, though, that the hotel do a guest rooms decor update, as the room colors, such as carpet, drapes, wallpaper, furniture all have that dingy, dated beige and 1980's brown look, which is not uplifting. Beds were a bit soft. TV only has limited channels. And bathroom sink, like most hotels is clogged with hair or whatever, and backs up with water when brushing teeth or washing up.'

'We should have been told beforehand that they're doing major renovations. Only a few rooms were open. Want a coffee maker in my room. Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. Settings on the TV made watching sports impossible. Couldn't follow the ball in the World Cup games as color Settings were so bad. The staff are great. Will possibly not be...

'This hotel is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left after one night. People across the hall was arguing all night long. They did not mention they allow the homeless to stay there either. This hotel smells like a dirty ashtray and stale weed. I will never stay here again'

'The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.'

'Not all doors work automatically which is hard for me as I have a disability and cannot open the door. The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch.'
