'My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!'

'The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me'

'Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!'

'It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

'Didn't like outside entrance. Accidentally stepped into a liquid stain apparently came from the outside trashcan. Had to get someone to come in and get the TV straight. I guess i wasnt tech savvy enough to use 2 remotes. Everything else was great. Breakfast was small but tasty. Just enough options . Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'

'We enjoyed our stay at historic Linden Row. Originally built in the 1800’s and restored to period, you’ll find high ceilings, original wood floors and period chandeliers. We were celebrating our 25th so splurged and rented a two room suite. The hotel is charming but lacks the luxury you might find spending the same amount elsewhere. Parking is off site but close to the hotel. Location is centrally located. The floors in our suite looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile with dust visable...

'The fire alarm went off because the toaster burned some bread. The employees did not unplug it and it kept smoking. Later the Bangladeshi employee was not paying attention and knocked a girl to the floor.'

'It was great'
