'This staff were amazing, especially as Expedia didn’t communicate with them about the reservation. No problem for the staff as they made it right even though it wasn’t their fault. Centrally located to local restaurants and a short walk to the Allianz Amphitheater. '

'The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets'

'We loved everything about this hotel, friendly helpful staff breakfast and dinner was wonderful the bar had a great happy hour. It was beautiful in every way, our room and every where you went very unique and they really thought of everything you might need . Perfect in every way and would def stay again!'

'Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused...

'The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds '
