'2 elevators, 1 broken. Used the elevator and it broke. 4th floor down stairs with a car seat and 1.5 year old. They didn’t clean the room on day 2. Had to ask for new towels as they told me they would clean it and did not and we left towels on the ground for that reason. Asked for 3 towels, one for myself, the wife and one for the child. They could only provide us with 2 as they had no more. Day 3, we requested room service, the maid does not speak English had to use translator… and they...

'Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast.'
