Cottages in Úbeda

'Al principio el propietario ni nos recibió , fue una tercera persona...., la casa sin limpiar los colchones para tirar y todo estropeado ya que no han hecho ninguna reforma de la casa.....no la recomendamos bajo ningún concepto'

'We spent two weeks in this lovely early 19th century house, confortable but not "too much"; air conditionning in all bedrooms & living rooms worked fine & nice swimming pool and garden. A lot of nice attentions including fresh fruits (peach, pears etc..) brought to us a number of times and the swimming pool cleaned every morning :) . The location is quite remote in the middle of Olive tree fields. We enjoyed the house and made trips to Granada & Cordoba (just exceptionnal) but also much closer...

'We had a very nice time at this property. The views are great and the apartment is very comfortable. Parking is a little far (streets in the old town are too narrow for all but the smallest of cars), but the hosts arranged to have our luggage delivered to the property, so it was no trouble. Would happily stay there again.'

'Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und mehr! Die Lage und die Aussicht sind phantastisch und der Eigentümer ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, er kümmert sich um alles selbst und das merkt man. Es gibt nichts was nicht funktioniert oder ausgewechselt werden muss. Der Pool ist ein Traum, dank des extrem warmen Herbstes genossen wir ihn fast jeden Tag. Unsere Hunde fühlten sich auch sehr wohl und lagen mit Vorliebe in der Sonne. Die letzten ca 400 m der Anfahrt sind etwas 'holprig' aber durchaus...

'Nos ha gustado el apartamento, tiene todos los detalles para pasar unos días, tanto de menaje, como de baño La única pega son las camas individuales son de tamaño pequeño, entiendo que es por la capacidad de la habitación, pero es acogedora El baño tiene la tapadera del wáter pequeña y al sentarte se movía y era bastante incómodo, la ducha resbala y es algo pequeña, el detalle de dejar una cestita con productos de baño y cepillo de dientes todo en su paquete, también comentaría que la lámpara...
