'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'I booked this for the pool and it wasn't even open on Sunday afternoon or any morning. Also the one area where one could still quietly is closed off to customers, and so you have to go sit almost literally next to the highway. Nice facilities really, but they don't let their customers use them'

'The rooms were clean and very spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurants were excellent. We stayed here last year and they provided shuttle service. Sadly to say, this service was discontinued after we left last year. Overall this is a great spot to stay at.'

'Everything was great except for the 9:30 housekeeping interruption. Most hotels when you have an 11:00 check out wait until after check out to do housekeeping for rooms. But other than that everything was fabulous'

'I’m 69 Elevator was done for a day and a half. Had to use stairs 4 flights down. Normally (last 4 times I stayed) parking was Free. This time it was 80.00 Someone should have told us when I called front desk there’s an extra charge. Carpet has a musty / corn chip smell. Had to leave windows open. Desk was very nice,'

'I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience.'

'I probably should have given this a five star but I rarely do that except for off the charts amazing hotels etc. So a 4 from me is practically as good as a five from a practical perspective. Excellent place. Clean, modern, easy access and close to many things. Great staff, rooms modern and clean, ac was quiet etc. stayed one night and was affordable and ideal for it. Only small knock is they had no toilet paper holder. It was fine but that was a first! Other than all fine.'

'When asked about the Hilton bags to include water I was told it would be in the room if I was a member. When I arrived in the room there was no water available for honors members in room. The initial room assigned was infested with ants. As they crawled on the beds, up the walls, doors , and counters. The laundry dryer took money and did not work. The front desk took a long time to answers calls for assistance. Overall very poorly maintained and staff did not appear happy to assist.'
