• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, 15 minutes north of Tulum. We've purposely put the map in the Tulum Hotel Zone in order for our home to come up in the searches to give guests visibility on the better quality & price point they could have by being a short drive outside of the main area. Our community has 24-7 security and our beaches are completely private.
• Your Private Villas Mexico concierge will meet & greet you at the property upon arrival as well as help plan everything for your stay. We’re with you each step of the way.
• Azumaya Beach House is an eco-friendly and self-sustainable home. Please, be aware with the use of air conditioning, please turn A/C off when not needed
• The living room has a projector and cable TV, perfect for family movie nights or that big game you don't want to miss
• All rooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans and bedrooms have personal safes
• Pets are welcome pending approval
• There is a beautiful restaurant in the bay at the Jashita Hotel, only a few steps down the beach. Restaurants in Tulum Centro are 10 minutes drive down the highway from the home

• Full time chef service from 7h30AM to 7h30PM. Get ready to indulge. Cost of ingredients are billed to you at the end of your stay, budget about $30-40 USD per day per person, for all three meals.
