There is not an elevator. It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the apartment.

Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours.

The insects are also part of life, try to accept them. It is possible to find them inside the facilities (Perfectly normal with all the jungle around us). They are not representing an unclean space, instead they are part of an ecosystem so please avoid mistreating or killing them and be aware that if you leave food exposed, they are curious and will try to approach it. Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.

Transportation-
Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.
Bikes- we can recommend places to rent
Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa

Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.

Your stay is professionally hosted by a licensed and dedicated luxury hospitality team in Tulum. -Please no smoking inside the property
-Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils
-Please do not touch pool equipment, call host if you need assistance
-Please use coasters under drinks on furniture
-Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up
-Please turn AC off when you are not at home.
-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am
-Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the
toilet.
-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd
-Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers
-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in
-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury
-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.
-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.
-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.
-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement. Prices are in MXN
