They were some of the kindest and warmest people we’ve ever met — every single one of them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but both during check-in and check-out, several staff members helped us with our luggage and children. My warmest recommendation goes to both the hotel’s wonderful facilities and its incredibly kind...

'The staff was phenomenal and the customer service excellent. They really care that you have a wonderful experience. The hotel has everything you need and a rooftop bar with a nice view (despite the super loud club music even during sunset). It’s located in the middle of bars, hostels, etc. so there is expected noise at night which didn’t really bother me. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, etc. '
