'What a wonderful property! This cozy cabin is everything you need and then some. It exceeded our expectations and was just down the road from Bryce Canyon National Park. The hosts were so helpful with all of our questions and requests and made our stay special. Jake was especially helpful and very responsive to everything we asked him. 'Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive. Great stay.'

'The place was great. it was very relaxing. we spent evenings on the porch watching the birds, horses and wonderful mountains. The hosts, Jerry & Jan were very pleasant and answered all our questions. Don't forget Jessee, the very friendly dog that would stop by for a good petting and rub behind the ears. 'This was the best place to stay for our mother daughter getaway! There was plenty of heat if it got chilly! There were many cute animals around everywhere. The hosts are so sweet and informative! Its very close to Bryce Canyon and Grand Staircase with close shops and gas stations if you need anything. A beautiful view all around the yurt and the bed was comforable. Definitely would stay again!'

'Perfect central location for our multi-generational trip to southern Utah to view the eclipse, attend a star gazing class in Bryce City, plus easy access to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. 'We were looking for a place to stay between Zion and Bryce, and after scouring a bunch of sites we landed on this property. As novice fly fishermen, we were really enthralled with the riverfront access but the river was too high and too fast for us to fish (early May 2024). The kitchen was well appointed, rooms were spacious. My two nit picks are 1) pet friendly is great for pet owners but less great for folks allergic to dogs and 2) the main shower didn't hold hot water so we had to shower in...

'Such a cozy little place. The rooms are spacious allowing us to utilize the roll away beds with ease. The kitchen has everything that you could need to make a home cooked meal. We stopped at the market in Panguitch to pick up necessities, which was perfect. The living room is amazing…like I’ve been trying to figure out how I can make that couch fit in my own home ;) In the evenings, we went outside to look at all the stars.'

'I recently stayed at this cabin for a get away with my two sons (ages 22 & 17). We spent the week hiking and fishing in southern UT. The location was ideal as a home base to lots of nature and national parks. Brandt was incredibly accommodating with lots of questions from us including advice about places in town and where to fish. We also loved the "remoteness" of the property while being within close proximity to everything. We hiked the property as well as enjoyed the star filled skies around...

'This cabin was perfect for the three of us (husband, 18 year old son). The cabin is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with the deck in back with a gorgeous view of the bluffs/cliffs. While you are 15 minutes or so outside the park, we found that to be the perfect distance for peace and quiet away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again!'

'This cabin was in a great location to explore Bryce Canyon, the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument area, and Kodachrome. It was so easy to get to everything. It surprised us by being right in town but was quiet with a nice patio area in back to grill and to sit and enjoy the view. And, it has a great covered porch on front which was perfect for shade and shaking out sandy hiking gear. Comfortable main bed and even the pullout couch/bed was sleepable. We enjoyed our stay!'
