'Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

'nothing really wrong with the hotel but i registered (through a 3rd party Expedia) for the ammenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. but when i checked in they were "indefinitely under maintenance" and closed. this is NOT disclosed when booking on 3rd party sites and they said it's not their problem or fault and they refused to give me a refund or cancel my reservation. But i called expedia, they cancelled my remaining days, then called my credit card company and they reversed the charge. another...

'Guests have to pay 35.00 to park and 45.00 for breakfast, absolutely insane. If your paying good money to stay at a property, parking should be included. Also 50 incidental fee, I tried to pay with cash and the girl refused, she said has to be a card, I don't like that bc they take the money off instantly and it takes 5 to 7 days to get it back. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.'
