'The Fiji Orchid is a lovely relaxed hotel with 6 villas tucked amongst lush greens. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There is no useable beach nearby and you need a vehicle to go anywhere off the property but it’s near 2 towns and several attractions. There is always someone available to drive you. It’s very convenient to the airport so it’s a good choice for a few nights on the big island. '

'We went with our 6 and 9 year old kids for a week and it was the perfect vacation. The water around the resort is so calm and beautiful. It makes snorkeling and other water activities very easy to do with kids. The excursions are well priced and the food was very good. My kids loved taking the fish we got on our hand line fishing trip to the chef to prepare for lunch. My kids also enjoyed the kids center as they met new friends and had great activities. All of the staff members were so friendly...
