'The area around the property is pretty rundown, the property itself is not nearly as nice looking as the pictures. The kitchen is miniscule, the bathroom is tiny, the couch in the living room was covered in suspicious white stains. It was also the only seating option in the living room. The communication with property management company was absolutely awful! I had to reach out 3 times to get the instructions on how to get into the property, only to learn that the concierge was supposed to reach...

'This is a very small apartment in Les Chartrons. The location is great and check in was easy However, the apartment has some problems.. the front door shakes when anyone enters the building and insulation is poor so you hear every footstep or sound right into the living room kitchen. The bathroom is not well renovated.. the shower door doesn’t open fully so it hits the toilet seat and the air ventilator doesn’t ever turn off so you hear it making noise in the night.
