'Breakfast was nice. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. A bought flip flops and cleaner to deal with it. Hotel was quiet. The mini fridge leaked so the room smelled damp. Bed was comfy. Clean and quiet gym but one of the machines didn’t work. Other than cosmetics and stench no real issues.'

'We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again.'

'The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have traveled for work and fun for the last ten years and maybe stayed at 200 hotels. This is by far the biggest scam. The staff know the hotel is bad and not clean and they don’t care. The guy literally told me that the pictures were old and the hotel is not well maintained. Big bugs, dirty sheet, smelly rooms, leaking ceilings the whole nine. I asked for refund and they said it would not process for a week. I will be disputing this stay.'

'When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here.'

'The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking attendants were terrific.'

'It was ok. I don’t travel often and would rather be home, but nothing big to gripe about. The parking thing was pretty stupid and didn’t work very well, and I am annoyed when I am texted to ask if I would like to leave a tip to the valet. Also, they really need to rethink the shower. When you get a sheet of paper with instructions on how to use the shower, something is wrong. I laughed, but then found I had to read the instructions myself to get it to work - really?!'

'First room chair desk broken I almost fell, bathroom shower rail broken, only 2 towels, no hand towel or wash towel. We pay for 3 people. They change our room, also broken chair 💺not enough toilet paper and only one trash can. Pool did not work for 3 days. Day service in front desk very unpleasant. You need to put presentable people in rhe front.'

'My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX.'

'The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...
