'There were no tissues in room, bathtub drain was very slow and there was mold on the bathtub'

'Stayed for 3 nights on 2nd floor. Decent parking, fast and friendly check in. Hotel needs renovations and safety checks. Railing on entry steps to indoor pool is wobbly and dangerous. Pool is okay but small and deep for small kids. Hot tub is lukewarm. Room was okay. Basic and decently clean. Shower pressure was just okay, took 5 minutes to get hot water. No working bathroom fan. Elevators are jerky and the handrail is broken. Beds, blankets and pillows are decent. AC worked great. TV was huge...

'Everything, from the exterior, to the lobby, to the room, was in dire need of maintenance. Refused to stay in first assigned room. All furniture surfaces were sticky, ridiculous amounts of hair on many surfaces, and peeling and torn furniture. I do appreciate Brianna, who provided us with another, cleaner room. It was my first stay at a Quality Inn, and it will be my last.'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'
