'Great location and wonderful staff! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to help, especially when I ran into a few unexpected issues during my stay. I truly appreciated their kindness and assistance and really enjoyed my stay.'

'Helpful and pleasant staff. Great breakfast options. Easy parking.'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'Excellent and friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only Continental breakfast.'

'The probability is getting a little age, we have been going there, and they updated a few years ago, but it’s already showing age, I’m sure they have a lot of customers, however, I was very disappointed in the cost. They used to be a budget hotel now it’s a budget hotel without a budget pricing.'

'Parking clean room staff was great Breakfast was disappointing'

'Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.'

'Very clean. Staff very friendly.'

'Ruime parkeergelegenheid, prima voor een doorreis. Kamers hadden een muffe geur, airco verouderd en stond op stand vriezen. Vriendelijk personeel. Simpel ontbijt, voldeed.'

'The floor probably could have been swept a little better My husband found a marijuana gummy on the floor'

'Cost was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly.'

'kind of a dump, doors don’t shut properly. “breakfast” was packaged muffins, pool closed.'

'The place was very clean but front staff was not existent at all during check in and check out process,'

'That was very clean updated I had no problem with those. The tissues were not in the bathroom and I have an allergy so I needed dose. Otherwise everything on the property was very good and I would recommend a Howard johnsons to anyone traveling through Beckley'

'Needs to renovate..'
