« Unfortunately we found mold in the room, visible under the AC unit. The unit was also filthy with black crusted mold on the units vent fan. There was trash left behind as well. I immediately took a picture and shared with the front desk staff. They were dismissive and said it will get handled. It never got resolved. Very disappointed in the way this situation was not dealt with - the staff did not care. »

« The room was not cleaned until we requested it one our third day (after 2 nights) and it really needed it since we were staying with small children. It felt like we had to beg them to clean and even after that they told us they weren’t allowed to change the sheets until we had been there 5 nights (though they did after us persisting with the request). Breakfast some days was better than others. The pool had sand at the bottom (not intentionally) which I guess you sort of need to expect a little...
