« This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. « We had a lovely stay. Cottage was perfect for two. Very cosy with everything we needed and very quiet. Very thoughtful touches left ready for us including a basket of logs for the fire and a hamper of goodies for our dog. Perfect location for exploring the area. We walked miles! Recommend a visit to Tar steps, Valley of the rocks and Baggy point. Also stunning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Would recommend this cottage to everyone. »

« Everything you need, bonus biscuits and half pint of milk on arrival very lovely. Slightly disappointed as had visions of morning tea at cast iron table (pictured) but unable to locate... bench out front nr bins, laundry, defib not same vibes but very lovely area, local pub great, nice walk down lanes, sadly chip shop was shut, store/post office beautiful with great selection of supplies. « Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen).
