The location and facilities are good enough.
Despite the fact that the Hotel Hacienda has just recently opened, the efforts of the team that you can notice that there are sort of staff there. Special mention to Palma in Housekeeping and Rocio at reception :)
Castellar needed this hotel in the new town as there is another in the old town, about 15 minutes driving away.
Amenities in bathrooms are on demand * upon request*, but if there are bathrobes, they should be sleepers. We understand that this could be to save costs and not waste resources.
Breakfast is good, in a big saloon with courtyard terrace nearby the tennis court and direct access to the pool and Spa.
There is no ice cream in the pool bar and if you want a tap bier, they need to go inside the other bar as it seems there is work in progress.
