Cottages in Toccoa

'Fran was a great host! We arrived to town a bit later than expected and so we contacted him a bit late but Fran was on it and answered my questions, property was CLEAN, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had clean towels, rugs, bedding, etc. We were in town for a weeding in Chimney Oaks so the location was great (area was really quiet and peaceful so I lost no sleep); we really enjoyed the pool table and the TVs with streaming services. Lovely cottage and great host, would definitely recommend for...

'A prefect little home away from home. We rented Bear Paw Cabin #7 because it was more secluded than the rest of the cabins. We got that "in the middle of woods" aesthetic while being only a short drive away to the town of Helen. It was like being "off-grid" but with the amenities of being at home (water/electricity, we can't live without it lol). Myself, my husband, and our two teenagers had plenty of room. 'For my family and I, the facilities had everything required to make our stay comfortable, we wanted a cabin experience and it was spot on. The location was also perfect to enjoy activities available within the city of Helen. We had an overall great time.'

'The house was great, except the bee hives set up in the neighbor's yard were too close for comfort. Kids loved downstairs with the air hockey, game table, video game and karaoke along with big tv and comfortable sectional with tons of throw blankets. There are tell tale signs via your nose of dogs being there. '

'Our stay was great! Our family had everything we needed, we loved how clean the place was, how friendly our host was, and how easy check-in and check-out was. Thanks, Tom!'

'This one-bedroom Vrbo exceeded all of our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The entire space was cozy. The owners really paid attention to detail. You can tell this when you first walk in. We felt very welcomed and check in and check out was effortless. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable get away….. 'Great house to traverse the mountains and get some quiet peace time. The host was very responsive and the house was cool and clean during the summer heat. Would stay again. Great stuff. Patio was my favorite.'
