"Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room. The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain. The elevators are extremely slow. Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just new towels dropped off. One of our rooms they didnt even clean during the entire stay. There’s no laundry service in the hotel; we had to find a dry cleaner ourselves, spending $60 on Uber and losing two hours. The only positive point: the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very disappointing experience — nowhere near four-star quality."
