'Lots of good stuff, but I expected a bit more. It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great...

'I told a used pad wrapper in the room on the floor, the power went out outside where we valet park and it was pitch black and scary, and our tv didn’t work. For $194 a night, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL'

Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room.
