Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! 'Lovely view of the lake from a standard room. Pool was great, also with lake view. Free indoor parking. Food was good standard with go wide choice of options. Bar prices were very reasonable for Israel. Only disappointment was not being allowed to sit by a lake view window for breakfast. Would I stay again? Absolutely!'

'Our room was nothing like the pictures. The hotel was also nothing like the pictures. It was filthy and disgusting. The shower was spraying water from the wall and no water sprayed from the shower head. The dishes were dirty and so was the appliances. DO NOT STAY!!!!'
