'Loved that the lake was only a few steps out our door and the lake was perfect for swimming. Also the hot tub which was shared was never overcrowded. Would definitely recommend to others as a nice place to stay. There was plenty of room in the cabin for myself, my 9 year old daughter and her two 16 year old girlfriends. '

'We loved this location and house! We are a family of 4 and there were plenty of things for everyone to do. We loved the lake and how close we were to the dunes. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items. We used the kayaks and canoes and had no problem reaching the owner with any questions. We loved our stay and will be happy to stay again when we go back to Michigan. '

'This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great for visiting Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and more. Our teens who love to fish spent hours in the kayaks on the lake bass fishing. We rented a pontoon on Long Lake one day too (so close). The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at house and we used the grill several times. The hosts were easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend. One tip: bring your own drinking water. '
