Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry...

'Decent breakfast with store to cook eggs and also noodles section. The in house video uses all staff for the production - good idea. Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524.'
