'The room was very clean and spacious. It was an over all good experience. The only thing I noticed was the wall around the water and deck needed cleaned. The room itself and the lobby and hallways all looked very clean. '

'in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect '

'We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. 'The only reason that I booked this stay was to take my 8 year old son swimming. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant so we had absolutley nothing to do. I tried to contact expedia numerous times and they basically did not care. I am an umeployed sngle mother so I spent all this money that I had to save for so long to sit in a house and do nothing. I am very upset because yet again another company is getting away wth ripping off a customer and nothing happens. I contacted them right away...
