'The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. They even had shampoo and body wash in the shower in case you forgot yours. It was peaceful and the hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed our stay it was close to all the trails. We will definitely stay again. '

'Cute, quiet cabin close to everything, but also secluded at the same time. The online description was exactly what was there. The internet worked perfectly our entire stay. The shower is super small, but for a short stay worked just fine. The hot tub says it’s 2 person, and it is, but with 2 of us in it quite a bit of water spilled out. The chlorine was super strong in it also. The bed was a little too firm for us, but that’s just personal preference. The storage rack above the bed is perfect...

'Yes, the cabin is slanty. Yes, the road to it is a lil treacherous (to be expected in Hocking Hills), and there was some construction happening nearby for part of our trip… But for all its quirks, the place was charming and we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is nestled into the side of a hill that overlooks a small creek. We loved the fire pit, walking around the grounds, and the gorgeous views. 'Our family enjoyed our time at The Hocking Hoot! Everything was just as pictured and the home was spotless. The host responds quickly and was able to accommodate check-in arrangements for my aging mother. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our 6 and 9 year olds busy. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, two living areas, and fully stocked kitchen. I highly encourage others to book as this was the perfect place to unplug and connect with family/friends. '
