« My wife loved the cappuccino machine and the hotel doesn't charge for it. They have a wine tasting area which is well furnished and immaculate as was the front parlor plus there was nice seating areas to relax on the front porch. If we are ever in Dahlonega again, it would definitely be our first choice. The main square with specialty stores and restaurants and a gold museum was all within walking distance. »

« We decided last minute to go to Dahlonega just for one night. We decided on The Smith House because it was in town and we could walk wherever we wanted to go. The room was a king room in the lodge but did not have a balcony like the ones in front. We had a small window that faced the parking garage. The parking was ok. Accommodations and communal spaces are clean, cozy and comfortable. Made to order breakfast and service is exceptional. We visit the area often and highly recommend a stay at Long Mountain! »
