« We loved our stay and will definitely be back!! Eric was a great host who is passionate about his property and it shows. From building the perfect fire for you that will light with one flick of your lighter to all the cute accommodations he’s built by himself with lots of little details in mind from lots of cut wood for your fire to having WiFi available. The treehouse was right on the river and we could hear the river babbling below us as we slept!! This is a great getaway that’s a step above...

« For VRBO Absolutely wonderful stay! The river is just perfect. It sounds beautiful at night and filled with fireflies! ( in July) I sat in the river to read and had perfect cell service. Super convenient location, close anything you could need. Eric, the host, was lovely. Definitely going back! »

« This home was super clean in every way. The modern smart features made controlling everything very easy. Beds are very comfortable. While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean....

« We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out and take in the beautiful sunsets and views of the lake. The area is very quiet and walker friendly! The only negative was that we were given the wrong code for the lockbox and had to call Vacasa and get the correct code so that we could get in the house. »

« Our extended family stayed for ten days and had a great time ! The best thing about the house aside from being right on Newfound Lake, was the roominess of the house . We had our elderly mother, who slept in the bedroom on the main floor with her own bathroom . Upstairs has so many bedrooms and additional sitting/rec rooms so everyone could spead out during our stay . »
