'Had a lovely one night stay in cottage 3. Room was clean and quite with lovely views. Only thing missing was a curtain/blind for the small bathroom window but other than that perfect. Will definitely stay again.'

'I stayed in the King John room. Had a double poster bed and a lovely bathroom. The pub has loads of character and the room was very comfortable. A picnic hamper for breakfast was lovely.'

'This was our first stay here and will definitely be back when we next need to visit our friend. Doggy friendly Hacker had a lovely time. We were in Loganberry twin everything spotless. The room was hot but we are in a heat wave and they provide a fan which we made full use of! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The beds were super comfortable our two night stay was excellent -see you again The Swan!'

'Arrived after a 200 mile motorbike ride round Snowdonia, hot and tired, Liz welcomed us, sorted roo s which wete ready. Had cold beers on a table before we had unloaded, that's service. Atmosphere was great, all staff friendly, evening meal was really tasty with proper pies, no small portion sizes here. Rooms large, clean all ensuite. 'Beautiful property and pub. Make sure you have dinner early though or take food with you as the kitchen closes early and no where to get any food locally. '

'Arrived and were able to check in an hour earlier, we were shown to our room, and windows had been opened to allow the heat to escape. Amazing views. Room very clean and everything you need, water great selection of teas and coffees, and more importantly a fan. Great quirky pub to enjoy a drink and meal. Very friendly staff and other guests and locals very friendly. Great puppy cuddles with Angus a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.'
