'I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained.

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'
