'The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family.'

'For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! '
