'Had everything we needed for our three night stay and was handy to the lake for a quick dip! We enjoyed the outdoor areas and the great views of the lake. The location was quiet with the walkway along the lake good for our morning walk. Private snd plenty of room for our group of 12. Would highly recommend 👌'

'We were unsure if we had the entire property or not, as we read after booking that the flat underneath was occupied. We did not know if we were able to use the attached (empty) garage or not. The WiFi did not work at all (the Deco WiFi expanders were flashing red and not connected) there was no Sky TV, we eventually managed to find TVNZ+ on the TV and only two live TV channels. We did not know that there are multiple stairs/levels and stone floors which was difficult for an elderly guest....

'Overall this is an amazing place to stay . It has almost everything you need to make holiday dreams come true. We went as an extended whanau on a mini vacation of 4 days and the place is situated in a great spot with amazing views of the lake and surrounds. The closeness to the lake meant we could walk our kayaks down (2 min walk) to the bay that is close to perfect to allow the grandkids to swim, kayak, paddle in complete safety and we spent the entire afternoon down there. 'Clean with everything you need and close to shops, supermarkets and entertainment.'

'The position amazing. The house is an older home and great as a holiday Batch. The outside bedroom was stuffy and smelt as though it had been locked up for quite some time. The house and contents are showing wear. However we enjoyed the stay and the great position the home is in.'

'All in all it was a great property, we have stayed there before. Just a couple of things, the vacuum bag was extremely full and the vacuum stopped working, I looked everywhere for a replacement bag but could not find any, we have left the vacuum downstairs by the front door. Also the single bed in the downstairs bedroom was broken before we got there so we could not use it. With that said it is a great location for us and would stay there again.'

'Unfortunately only beds were made up for 6 even though 8 was booked in. Cobwebs everywhere and a lot of spiders. Front door would not lock. Main doors from living to outside locked and although we were told a locksmith would come and fix - never did. Oven broken so very hard to cook for 8. Let manager know but no communication from there. Great location and outside area but inside was a big let down. Last persons items left under beds so concerned about housekeeping. However the bedding sheets...

'The location was pretty good. A bit of road noise as above intersection . Good little place but beds not overly comfortable. Needs new mattresses. Otherwise a great little spot.'

'Dit hotel/appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen. We ontvingen een upgrade en daar waren we heel erg blij mee. We hadden een appartement met 3 slaapkamers en een heel groot balkon (met bubbelbad) en uitzicht over het meer. Alles is luxe aan dit appartement. Modern ingericht, goede bedden en 2 zeer goede badkamers.'

'We had a great stay here. The room could do with upgrading slightly and the bed wasn’t massively comfortable (though we are spoilt with our own one at home so could be being picky). The room we had was spacious, sunny and warm and in a fantastic location. The temporary property managers, Karen & Terry were awesome and so helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and will happily stay again next time. '
