« Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed.
The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub.
Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldnât hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. »

« Two issues on my visit this time. Both sorted almost immediately. Once again very impressed. My hotel of choice in the area. Highly recommended. »

« excellent hotel service and staff.
Rooms are clean but not very comfortable (tight spaces) for a 4 people family (bed + sofa accommodated as bed ==> tiny space to manage / open the luggages). Bathrooms are clean but relatively small (WC flush behind the cover is not very handy) »
