Tarrytown Music Hall

I felt the property was tired looking and not very clean. The food available was low par.

LIARS! these people take your money, when you go check in you'll find they aren't the real hosts. and house is already rented long term. NOT A TRUE LISTING!

My daughter and I checked in and checked out an hour later. The whole suite was run down and dirty. Hand prints from prior stays all over the walls and doors. The heater did not work but was plugged into a metal electricians construction box that was laying on the floor. When the front desk person (PRINCE) came up to check he just shoved the box back under the heating unit and gave us a portable heater. The was a broken glass in the cabinet, the cabinets were all off kilter and didn’t line up or close. The kitchen tile had a hole through the floor. The bathroom looked like it was under construction. There was a file cabinet for bathroom drawers and the face plate of the cabinets completely ripped of the frame. I relied on HOTELS.com reviews to book. However, yelp has it at 1.6 stars. One of the reviews said there were BED BUGS. At that point I knew it was time to leave. I spoke to Prince about a refund and he said that her would speak to the GM. I am currently trying to get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE! We were welcomed with open arms at ARMON HOTEL. Which was amazing! I felt like i was at the Bellagio compared to Stamford. The staff at the ARMON was fantastic, the rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. DO NOT STAY AT STAMFORD SUITES!! There are so many better options!
