Cottages in Tarporley

'Excellent two night break at this lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. Location was perfect. Very good communication with instructions of check in etc. Thank you for a lovely stay '

'We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well...

'We had a lovely stay. The cottage is beautiful and kept really well. There is ample parking and a café next door. There's not much more than that around without a car though, but it's very peaceful.'

'For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away'

'Delightful old cottage , lots of character. Lovely slipper bath . Set in lovey countryside.'

'Nice little cottage with everything we needed for a weeks stay.In a good location for several National Trust properties and other interesting visits. Good local pub nearby although mostly needs booking to eat but food is good.'

'A really lovely property but advertised as suitable for 7 people. We were 3 couples. The third couple had to ‘sleep’ on a very inadequate bed-settee. They had no sleep on the first night and as we were staying 3 nights they needed to book into the hotel across the road for the other 2 nights.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed the time here'

'Wow. An amazing place to stay. I cannot recommend enough. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perfect for families or couples. Close to local amenities and attractions. Beautiful setting and the log fire was very welcome! Cannot wait to book our next stay. A massive thank you for a fantastic long weekend.'

'Well equipped, clean and spacious cottage. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, countryside break.'

'Very comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area but only 10mins drive from Whitchurch with some lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to North Wales and several National Trust properties. We had a relaxing time and would be very happy to return.'

'A lovely little apartment with a very welcoming host. This was the perfect base from which we staged out little tour of Cheshire.'
