The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

• Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Beach Essentials:

• Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for your convenience

As a guest at Sailport Waterfront Suites, you'll enjoy access to a wide array of resort-style amenities:



• Waterfront Heated Pool: Relax by the bayside heated pool. (Note: The resort is family-friendly, so children may be present in shared areas.)



• Outdoor Activities: Enjoy the fishing pier, BBQ grills, outdoor fitness area, bonfire pit, and a full-sized beach volleyball court.



• Convenience & Security: Benefit from 24/7 gated security, a 24/7 front desk with a guest store (snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine & beer), and a helpful business center.



• Dining & Entertainment: The resort features a poolside bar & grill serving Mexican, American, and seafood appetizers and entrees, along with a full cocktail list and live music.



• Laundry Facility: A 24-hour coin/card-operated guest laundry facility with washers and dryers is conveniently located on the 3rd floor, next to the elevator. Quarters and cards are accepted for payment.



• Parking: Free on-site parking is available (no trailers, boats, or jet skis).



The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking.



EVERYTHING is very close by! There are 5 different restaurants very close to the resort & public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver DIRECTLY to your unit!

- Free parking on-site (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property)

- Almost everything is in walking distance

- Uber / Lyft is readily available in the area if you'd like to checkout downtown!



Other Things to Note:

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



• Supplies: Complimentary toiletries, paper products, and coffee are provided for approximately the first 3–5 days of your stay. Nearby stores make restocking easy if needed. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the on-site laundry facility to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



• Pack ’n Play: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.



• Items Left Behind: If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
