« Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals. « This was a great spot for a low key get away, with lots to do. Off the beaten path, well maintained, nice pool/hot tub, cute beach and the drinks/food at Sunset Grille are on point! Highly recommend the fried calamari!! Would 100% book again. »
