'Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!'

'Great experience. Property was clean and a fun stay. The previous comments about a slight moldy smell are accurate though not from the AC. Maybe due to a prior roof leak? Left the door open for a while and that solved it for the short stay. Great communication and love the property.'

'We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.'

My best friend and I wanted a relaxing, yet exciting, vacation spot, and Claudia's condo was everything we hoped for and more! Walking and running on the beach each morning and drinking and dancing at the Sunset Grille each night provided the quiet and excitement we needed for an excellent time! 'Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again.'

'Fantastic hosts all the way around, starting with Doug meeting us at the gate upon arrival and making sure we got a great parking space and were welcomed into the very clean apartment. We really enjoyed the porch, friendly neighbors, super-clean apartment and comfy bed!
