The best thing about this room was the view from the room and balcony! Loved watching the boats go in and out, pelicans diving for fish, and seeing the dolphin coming through (late morning and early evening)!! Beyond that this place leaves a lot to be desired. Due to the concrete construction and metal doors (which don't open easily), there was minimal soundproofing and we could hear everyone in the building, including barking dogs and screaming children. In the hallway, we could smell marijuana coming from other rooms. The bathroom and floors were not the cleanest we’ve seen in other places. The listed amenities, including TV with connection via HDMI was not working. The refrigerator icebox was completely frozen over and unusable. The pictures online of the room did not reflect reality. The desk and office chair were not the ones shown and were not very comfortable or functional for working remotely. The furniture was a bit eclectic, and the chairs on the porch were not all that comfortable. There are also lights on every balcony, and that light streams into the rooms at night despite the shades and drapes provided. It would be great if there was a way to turn off the balcony light as needed. It is doubtful we would ever stay at this place again or recommend it to others.
