'We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 '

'Stayed in Late October, Early November. Good Location, in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Convenient to everything shopping restaurants attractions and the great Smokey Mountain national Park. Everything was good, internet was slow in this area but there was cable TV. Comfortable enough for my stay. Had to purchase some things to cook with but they had some very basic kitchen supplies, no pans. I purchased some aluminum pans from the Dollar tree, also a few other things I needed like a...
