'I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!'

'Huge condo! Great space! My daughter graduated with an MBA from FSU this past Friday and we wanted to stay in a bigger space than a hotel room. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge kitchen and living room. The only drawback is finding out where the front door was -- the listing did not say that the condo is on the 2nd floor, the parking space is behind the next door restaurant's back porch and the front door is on the street side in-between the restaurant front door and the...

'Cute decor and clean inside. Beds were comfy. No issues, just wish the parking lot and grounds were maintained better...lots of trash.'

'The beds were very comfortable. Loved the sound machine and fans in the bedrooms too. Great amenities in the kitchen. We also appreciated how close the pool was to the condo. We were very glad we stayed here while visiting our daughter who is going to FSU. Also the host, Andrew responded to us immediately when we ran out of trash bags!'

'Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday. The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again.'

'Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay.'

'Great location within the city, spacious villa. The surrounding neighborhood could've been better but we didn't have any issues with neighbors. Check in and Check out details could've been better with more details on what was expected at check out. We would stay here again for another Football game weekend...GO NOLES!'

'It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.'

'Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. Could have been a little cleaner, garbage under bed from previous tenant (water bottle and receipt) and sticky spill (small) that was not cleaned from last tenant. Other than that, great stay!
