'Zeer behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers, prachtig uitzicht op Skytree toren. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, inclusief Japanse traditionele gerechten. Zeer goede ligging t.o.v. het openbaar vervoer. Prettig en comfortabel hotel!'

'Hele schone kamer, bed was erg comfortabel en personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Aanrader!'

'Great stay at this hotel. Spacious and clean room. Enjoyed the geisha performance (every Friday) as well. '

'Love the location. The room is very decent size. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Helped us to call local store to inquiry some information for us.'

Personeel vriendelijk.

'Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to temple, next to train station, Family Mart, and right in the heart of tourist attractions. You can see Tokyo Tree from main street, which is delightful! Room was a good size and plenty of space for family of 3. We also love that hotel is right on the river, which we took walks nightly for fresh air. The staff Coco taught us how to use the train, which we got pretty good after the 1st day so 2nd day we took the train everywhere with confidence. Last but not...

'For us this was a great location and just a few minutes from Asakusa station. The room was clean and cleaned daily if you wanted. Good water pressure in the shower and the private outdoor bath was very relaxing. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Good AC. The room was a little tight but adequate. The lighting could use an upgrade. We would stay here again.'

'This is a nice hotel and on a great location for the train as well as restaurants and shopping. You just need to be aware that the train is right beside the hotel and depending on your room number it can be very loud. But the they moved us rooms with no hesitation. Mondo was such a wonderful receptionist. Also make sure you try the free ice cream that they offer in the lobby.'

'Good, friendly service. Staff willing to help you and think with you.'

'Very homely and clean. Kids loved it. Slightly a walk from the train station, but manageable. Close to convenience store.'

'Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station.'
