Flats in Tahoe Donner

'The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. '

'This is not just a room, it is a condo. There needs to be more attention to maintenance. When staff was available they were very nice.'
