'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'

'Room 10: The carpet looked like it had been vacuumed for a while. Dedicated coffee was still hanging on the apparently washed coffee cups! There was a piece of candy stuck on the floor in the bathroom. There was no toilet brush and the bottom of the toilet was dirty! Too bad because the beds and bathroom looked fairly recent. With some attention to hygiene this would be a good hotel. You have to take into account that it is next to a guarded truck parking lot where the refrigerated trucks can be...

'Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress.
