Inside the villa you will find a beautiful open plan living/dining area and kitchen with French doors from where you have direct access to the wonderful private pool and the fantastic meticulously maintained garden. The 10000m2 plot offers countless opportunities for relaxation, whether you want to relax on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool or read a book on the bench in the garden. The children can also have lots of fun: The villa has a children's playground, trampoline, net for badminton and volleyball and a basketball hoop, as well as a smaller round pool with air jets. However, if you want to have some fun in the villa itself, that's no problem. There is a pool table, darts, table soccer and a sauna in the villa. Don't miss the opportunity to prepare a traditional meal on the outdoor barbecue for the whole family. :)In the south-central part of the Istrian peninsula, lies the medieval town of St. Vincent.
